IQ or Intel Quo is one of five members in the J-Section based Rap/Hip-Hop Crew, Chronic-Disturbance.

IQ was never really an mc before Chronic-Disturbance and learned to kick raps after joining the crew.
How he joined up with Chronic-Disturbance is actually a bizarre story, Because he first met with Jayson aka Orpheus (a Chronic-Disturbance crew member) in a JHB CBD taxi and out of nowhere, they started talking about the ins&outs of underground Hip-Hop and exchanged contacts.

A year later IQ met up again with Orpheus in a cypher at the 2010 Back to the City Hip-Hop Festival, there he met the rest of the Chronic-Disturbance Family, which are Toxic-Flow, Dark Virus, Syllable Skillz and the former crew member Cynic Master. There they got to hang and lightly spoke of making tracks together, some months later they actually did it.

IQ made his debut in the crews tape "Colossal Emergence of Superiority" . From there as a rookie he sharpened his skills lyrically while participating in the battle rap league "Art Of War" under the rap alias "Vortex".
IQ continues to make more underground raw/abstract and boom bap music and has a project on the way featuring some of the most formidable rappers in J-Sec.
